While we specialize in the commercial real estate market, we also market residential real estate from time to time. Gary McCormick, the founder of McCormick Real Estate & Management, has been serving the Pittsburgh real estate community since 1990. With a background in journalism and a passion for the real estate industry, Gary has developed a strong interest in commercial real estate. He obtained his commercial real estate license in 1990 and his broker's license in 2000. Throughout his career, Gary has utilized his expertise and experience to establish successful relationships and achieve remarkable results for his clients.

Get to Know Us

Gary McCormick, the founder of McCormick Real Estate & Management, is a veteran of the United States Air Force and a passionate advocate for wounded veterans. When he's not working, Gary enjoys kayaking, hiking, biking, skiing, white water rafting, canoeing, and kayaking. Gary is also a member of the Three Rivers Paddling Club and volunteers with Team River Runner, a non-profit organization that takes wounded veterans kayaking twice a month during the summer.
