Our company was founded by Lawrence N. Gumberg in 2005, and since then, we have grown into a vertically-integrated real estate company. Acquisitions

We are actively seeking growth opportunities in acquiring and developing grocery-anchored shopping centers and as a third-party management firm assisting our clients in creating value for their properties. Our acquisition criteria include shopping centers with a minimum of 50,000 square feet, grocery-anchored, minimum $300 PSF in annual sales, and located within a 3-mile radius of a minimum of 30,000 people. For multi-family acquisitions, we look for properties with a minimum of 50 units, Class A and B developments, located in major MSAs and surrounding suburbs, with the ability to redevelop or increase operating efficiencies. We also consider net-lease acquisitions with a minimum of 0.5 acre sites, in-fill locations in major MSAs, vacant or leased, and with all lease terms considered.
