E.J. Plesko & Associates, Inc. (EJPA) is a privately owned commercial real estate development and management company that has been in operation since 1976. Our company is headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, with a regional office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Over the years, we have built a reputation for delivering superior projects in quality locations, which has contributed to our sustained growth and economic stability.

Our primary focus is on the development, ownership, and management of community and neighborhood shopping centers, senior housing communities, multi-family residential communities, industrial, and commercial properties. Our company was founded by E.J. Plesko, who had extensive involvement in the commercial real estate industry dating back to the mid-1950s. E.J.'s founding vision was to develop and deliver superior projects in quality locations. Under his stewardship and the EJPA team, this vision has been realized. Unfortunately, E.J. passed in 2013, but his legacy is carried forward in EJPA and by the EJPA team.
