Our Guarantees

At AZ Rental Homes, we are committed to delivering exceptional results. We offer five guarantees to our clients:

1. Occupancy Guarantee: We do not charge a management fee if your property is vacant.

2. Tenant Guarantee: If a tenant we place does not fulfill the terms of the lease, we will replace the tenant at no additional cost to you.

3. Response Guarantee: If you call or email us, we will respond within one business day or your management fee for that month is waived.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with our management services, you can cancel at any time.

5. Leasing Guarantee: If we do not find a qualified tenant within 21 days, we will waive your first management fee.

4. You have objective requirements and qualifications to screen tenants in a fair and compliant manner.

5. You already have a rigid lease agreement in place that protects both the tenant and landlord while clearly setting expectations.

Buyer Rebate Program

At AZ Rental Homes, LLC, we understand the importance of minimizing upfront costs. That's why we introduced the Buyer Rebate Program. We will split the commission with our buyer 50/50, providing a credit at closing towards your closing costs in the amount of 1.25% to 1.5% of the purchase price.
