John Blue Realty is a full-service commercial real estate company based in Huntsville, Alabama. Our Team
Our team is led by John D. Blue, the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Qualifying Broker. John graduated from the University of Alabama in 1972 with a B.S. in Industrial Management and has held a RM designation, as well as being a candidate for the MAI and SRA designation in Real Estate Appraising. He has over 45 years of experience in engineering, appraisal, and development, and has played a leading role in the transition of Huntsville from a small cotton mill town to a thriving internationally renowned aerospace and industrial center.
John W. Blue, the Chief Financial Officer and Sales & Leasing Agent, is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Finance. He is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Alabama and oversees the financial operations of the company.
