Our Story

Ken Wiseman, the founder of Blazer Real Estate, has a passion for skiing and the mountain lifestyle. Born and raised in New Jersey, Ken moved to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 1993. After spending several years in Colorado, Ken moved to Idaho and worked as an Internet Sales/Group Sales person at Grand Targhee. There, he discovered his love for the Great Outdoors and the thrill of skiing in the Rocky Mountains.

Our Journey

Over the years, Ken's passion for real estate led him to obtain his real estate license and start his own real estate brokerage, Reno Rancho Realty. During this time, Ken gained valuable experience as a Realtor with Keller Williams Group One Realty, handling ranch and country properties. He eventually opened his own brokerage, Reno Rancho Realty, and became one of the top REO Brokers in the state, working with corporate and REO clients.

The Caribbean Connection

In 2010, Ken's family purchased a home in the US Virgin Islands and began exploring the island lifestyle. After frequent visits, they made the decision to shut down their brokerage in Reno and relocate to St. Thomas full-time. Ken then opened America's Caribbean Realty, specializing in the sales and management of luxury home villas on St. Thomas and commercial leasing.
