• Kris M. Wertz, Chief Operating Officer, with over 8 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in project and construction management, negotiation, budgeting, and collections.
• Greg LaBarre, Vice President, with expertise in representing buyers and sellers of quality net leased retail properties throughout the country.
