Our Story

Cardinal Realty of S.E. Minnesota was established by owner/operator Doug Klevos in 1986. Doug originally ran the real estate agency out of his West Concord home, and continued at that personable location until 2009 when an office space was purchased at 325 State Street in West Concord. In 1988 the business became a family affair when Doug's wife Delores, known as Dee, became a licensed Realtor and Cardinal's Office Manager. Maintaining the family tradition, their son, Greg Klevos, joined the agency in 1993. Greg initially joined the firm as a Real Property Appraiser and merged into the role of Real Estate Agent after receiving his Realtors license in 1995. Today, Greg maintains a very active role in the company, serving as an owner, broker, and appraiser.

Sticking true to our beginnings, we still strive to provide the highest level of personable service to each and every client. Today, our staff continues to stay in-tune with area listings and community happenings, but are also devoted to staying up-to-date on current real estate trends, housing programs, and new real estate resources. • Greg Klevos (Broker): With over 28 years of experience as an appraiser and 26 years as a realtor, Greg is the backbone of our team. He graduated from Mankato State University in 1996 with a degree in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Math. His interests include traveling, hiking, biking, and spending time with his friends and family.
