Poor Living Conditions and Unreliable Management
The reviews highlight the difficulties Author Tim R. experienced while living at an apartment complex. Maintenance Issues were a significant concern, as the laundry machines were in miserable condition. Failing Infrastructure was another issue, with window nets having numerous holes, allowing bugs to enter the apartment. The management's Lack of Responsiveness was another crucial issue, as they would project a perfect image during the viewing process but fail to provide adequate service once the tenant moved in.
Unfair Security Deposit Policy was another issue, with the management allegedly deducting the security deposit without proper justification. The Author concluded that the complex was the Worst Place to Live in Brookings and was relieved to have moved out once their lease was over.
