Welcome to LRC2 Properties, a dynamic hospitality and real estate firm founded by Luke Chamblee. Our mission is to create a portfolio of well-positioned, timeless assets while achieving maximum risk-adjusted returns for our partners who are seeking long-term investments. With specialized divisions, LRC2 Development and LRC2 Management, we have positioned ourselves as an industry leader in design, development, and management.

Our notable projects include Graduate Oxford, The Memphian, The Alamite, Cotton House, and Hotel Indigo. We co-developed and own Graduate Oxford, a 136-room boutique hotel located on the historic square in Oxford, Mississippi. The Memphian, a Tribute Portfolio hotel, developed and owned by us, is a 106-room boutique hotel located in Overton Square that celebrates the best of the Memphis way of life. Another Tribute Portfolio hotel developed and owned by us is The Alamite, a 112-room boutique hotel in Downtown Tuscaloosa offering a balance of refinement and eclecticism to guests. Cotton House, Cleveland, a Tribute Portfolio hotel, is a 95-room boutique hotel in the heart of the Mississippi Delta that infuses Southern Hospitality with bold, modern energy. Hotel Indigo is an upscale boutique hotel at the entrance of The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, which we also co-developed, owned, and managed. Currently, we are under construction on our fourth Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel in Rogers, Arkansas.

Our Team

Luke Chamblee, CEO & President, has over 18 years of real-estate and property development, management, and brokerage experience. He has been instrumental in leading his team to manage industry award-winning properties and generate and sustain operating profitability. In 2020, Luke received the Mississippi Main Street Award for Outstanding New Development. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a double major in General Business and Real-Estate.

Clay Scruggs, President of LRC2 Development, joined us in November 2017. Previously, he spent 13 years in commercial real estate development managing the SE Regional Operations team for a 2.3 billion dollar company managing $380M in revenue. Since joining LRC2, Clay has managed over $100M in successful new developments.

Nina Gara Nail, President of Operations, has over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry. She oversees the management of all LRC2 hotels. During her time with LRC2 Management, her hotels have won 3 Torchbearer Awards and 6 Quality Excellence Awards, which ranks the hotels in the top 3% of over 4600 hotels in the IHG system worldwide.

Adam Salters, VP of Operations and Revenue Management, has over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry. He assists with overseeing the management of 4 hotels, including revenue management. During his career, he has assisted with the opening of two hotels, including Graduate Oxford and Home2 Suites by Hilton.

Katie Cofer, VP of Marketing, brings a comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing to the LRC2 team. She champions the sales staff of each managed property by assisting with sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
