Our History

Sterling Group was founded in 1976 by Larry Swank, with the incorporation of Sterling Management, Ltd. In the early years, the company focused on developing and managing small, rural communities, with a limited amount of energy spent on construction and acquisitions. However, over the years, the company has experienced tremendous growth, while remaining true to its mission and values.
