Washroom Issues
Many reviewers have expressed frustration with the washroom facilities at Broadmoor Plantation apartments. Rj Music, Joshua Varise, and Jr Gotti have all mentioned that the washers and dryers are unusable or frequently broken. Kela Williams and Shavonne Covington have specifically mentioned roaches and mold in the washrooms, respectively.
Maintenance and Repairs
Reviewers have also voiced concerns about the maintenance and repair of the apartments. Lana B. noted that the property grounds are "decent, " but many others have reported that problems are never addressed. Ja'Kiara Edwards mentioned a sewage flood in her apartment that management did nothing to fix. Candace Linson and Ronald Toval Jr both found mold in their apartments, which was not addressed by management.
