Pet-Friendly Policy

Pets must be under both 35 lbs. and 20 inches tall, and service/companion animals are permitted with proper documentation.

Lease Terms

Taylor Manor Apartments offers a twelve-month lease, providing you with stability and peace of mind. Rental assistance may be available for those who qualify, with 30% of income covering rental costs. Income qualifications apply, so please contact our office for more information.
