Our team is led by James C. Jacob, Jr., CCIM, a licensed real estate broker and President of Jacob Real Estate Services. Jim has extensive experience in property management, commercial investment brokerage, and land brokerage. He is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute, is a member of the local and state Realtor organizations, and holds the CCIM designation from the Realtor's National Marketing Institute of the National Association of Realtors. Kathleen D. Jacob, our Commercial Sales/Leasing/Residential expert, has a background in advertising, marketing, and real estate and has worked with clients in various industries, including McDonald's Restaurants, General Telephone Company, the Tampa Port Authority, and Paramount Pictures.
