Legacy Realty Group was founded in 2018 by Tim Vandeville Jr. with the goal of providing the best customer service and professionalism in the real estate industry. Starting from a home office, Tim quickly decided to open the first office in Waterford, Wisconsin, to provide a professional setting where clients could discuss their transactions in private. The office was designed to be a relaxing space where relationships could be established and continued long after closings.
