Welcome to Rivertree Landing, your new home in Tampa, Florida. Our community offers a wide range of luxurious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, each designed with sophistication and comfort in mind. Our residents can enjoy stunning community amenities and an ideal location just outside of the city, on the Hillsborough River. We are proud to offer apartments near USF, Busch Gardens, Hard Rock, and many amazing shopping and dining options.

Our Services

At Rivertree Landing, we are dedicated to providing our residents with the best possible living experience. Our services include:

  • Newly renovated apartments with central air conditioning and heat, private balconies, dishwashers, high-speed internet access, washer/dryer hookups, and valet trash service
  • A deposit-free community with on-site & emergency on-call maintenance, on-site laundry facilities, a riverfront deck with picnic area, and a swimming pool
  • Pet-friendly community with a limit of 2 indoor pets per apartment. We have breed restrictions and require a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first animal and $300 for each additional animal, as well as a monthly rent of $25 per pet.
  • A resident portal for easy access to community information and online payments
  • Cars & parking policy with parking spaces for each of our residents relative to occupancy guidelines for each apartment.
  • Access to numerous cultural and artistic activities, dining options, and shopping centers in the area.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community and welcome your furry companions! We allow a limit of 2 indoor pets per apartment. We have breed restrictions and require a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first animal and $300 for each additional animal, as well as a monthly rent of $25 per pet.

Cars & Parking

We offer parking spaces for each of our residents relative to occupancy guidelines for each apartment. We also have designated spaces for motorcycles.

On the other hand, some renters have expressed significant dissatisfaction with their experience at Rivertree. Common complaints include pest control issues, maintenance failures, and poor customer service. Gabby Hillygus had a particularly terrible experience, citing multiple issues with her apartment, including mold, mushrooms, and a broken AC. Amanda Leigh and Mia Evan expressed frustration with the application process, including non-refund of application fees. Christopher Riles also reported ongoing pest control issues.
