Noise Level and Quietness

Darlene Joy Dent, a satisfied resident, praises the complex for being the quietest she has ever lived in, stating that she has never heard a sound. Her granddaughter has also lived there for almost two years and has had no issues with noise. This level of silence is comparable to living in a library.
Construction Issues
However, the reviews also showcase significant construction problems. Brent Lee, a dissatisfied resident, warns potential renters to avoid the complex. He recounts the horrible construction of the building, specifically mentioning the constant noise from the people living above him, even on the top floor. In addition to this, he experienced multiple water leaks in his ceiling, which required the complex to cut open the ceiling to fix pipes.
