With a portfolio consisting of over 70 meticulous, owner-managed properties throughout Northern and Southern California, Balco Properties offers its tenants superior selection and flexibility.

Our mission is to provide top-tier support to our tenants from the planning phase to implementation, and throughout the life of your lease. We work closely with existing and prospective tenants to provide greater quality and flexibility, offering a variety of options in location, functionality, and appearance. Our properties include historical high-rise, business park, large and small industrial, medical space, heavy and light industrial, and R&D space.
