Our History

Sun Lakes Realty has a rich history that dates back to 1975 when it was founded by Bob and Joyce McRae. The business started as a family-owned and family-run company and was initially known as McRae Realty. Over the years, the company has undergone significant changes, with significant milestones including the change in business name to Sun Lakes Realty in 1995 and the transition of ownership from the McRae family to Carolyn Burton and Bill Pavkov in 2017.
