Our Leadership

*James R. Pearlstein, President*

James R. Pearlstein, President of Pearl Properties, holds a BA from Georgetown University and a JD-MBA from Temple University. With extensive experience in real estate investment, operations, and development, Mr. Pearlstein honed his skills during a five-year stint with Toll Brothers, Inc. Mr. Pearlstein is a founding member of Georgetown University's Steers Center for Global Real Estate's Executive Committee and sits on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation (CPDC), the central research and urban planning advocacy organization for the economic advancement of the City of Philadelphia.

*Reed J. Slogoff, Principal*

Reed J. Slogoff, Principal of Pearl Properties, boasts a strong background in real estate finance and development. An honors graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Slogoff has a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and previously worked with the Dilworth law firm in Philadelphia. As a member of the management team of Entercom Communications Corp., Slogoff took part in the initial public stock offering on the NYSE. In addition, he spent 17 years as a member of the Board of Directors of Universal Property & Casualty (UVE), a publicly-traded Property & Casualty Insurance Company. Alongside Mr. Pearlstein, Mr. Slogoff established JAZ Construction, the affiliated construction company of Pearl Properties, and currently oversees its day-to-day operations.
