WX's mission is to promote the advancement of women in commercial real estate, enhance the public perception of the role of women within the industry, and promote the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in the field. Our Services

WX offers a range of services designed to support the career development of women in real estate. These services include:

• Mentoring Program: WX's Mentoring Program is a two-year program that pairs experienced mentors with promising young women in the industry. The program aims to promote the advancement of women in commercial real estate and provide valuable guidance and advice from experienced mentors.

• Scholars Program: The WX Scholars Program is designed to encourage and support bright and talented young women seeking a career in New York commercial real estate. The program provides special programming and access to WX's membership, which includes networking events, mentorship opportunities, and access to industry professionals.

• Events: WX hosts a range of events throughout the year, including breakfasts, evening events, and networking sessions. These events provide opportunities for women to connect with each other, learn about industry trends, and build relationships.

• Philanthropy: WX is committed to giving back to the community through its charitable arm, the WX Charitable Fund Ltd. The fund supports various philanthropic organizations, including those that support women's careers in real estate.

About Our Woman of the Year

Each year, WX honors a woman in New York commercial real estate who has made significant contributions to the industry. The WX Woman of the Year is honored at our annual gala, which attracts over 500 women and men from across the industry.
