Director of Operations

Dan Shepard, a lifelong resident of Northeastern Ohio, brings over 35 years of real estate experience in property management, including commercial and residential properties. He has hands-on experience with construction, restoration, and the turnaround of commercial and residential real estate projects.

Director of Business Development

Vincent Macauda, an Ohio-licensed real estate broker and attorney, has extensive experience in residential real estate law. He is a certified specialist in residential real estate law and a Master Commissioner for U.S. District Court foreclosure sales.

Controller

Barbara Birk, with over 20 years of experience in property management, oversees accounting, tenant services, and property maintenance. She holds a Property Management Specialist Designation (PMSD) from the Center for International Certification Programs, Inc. and a Salesperson License from the Ohio Division of Real Estate.

Director of Field Operations

David Nakoneczny, a licensed real estate salesperson, oversees our maintenance staff, scheduling and assigning work orders, and supervising suite turns prior to tenant move-ins.

Leasing Manager

Sheila Marszal, with over 15 years of experience in property management, sales, and insurance, is passionate about helping tenants find their perfect home.
