Lex Properties, a family-owned business, has been a significant presence in the Lexington, KY, area's real estate market for over two decades. The company's current owner, Jennifer Perry, and her late husband, Steve Perry, have been investing in and managing properties in Lexington since 1999. Steve Perry was a reputable single-family and multi-family builder and developer in the area, constructing over 600 homes and developing more than 50 acres of land throughout his career. Jennifer Perry brings to the table over 25 years of new construction knowledge in accounting, finance, and property management. Together, they founded Lex Properties in 2007, driven by the need to improve the quality of off-campus housing for university students.

The Lexington Avenue Properties provide an upscale student living experience with newly renovated apartments, modern finishes, and luxurious amenities. Additionally, our single-family houses offer a short walk to campus, perfect for students seeking a more private living arrangement.

1. No hidden fees: Our single-family homes and townhomes pay their own utilities based on their usage, and there are no parking fees. All our units come equipped with a washer and dryer.

2. Easy application process: We offer online applications and lease signing for all residents and guarantors. Application fees are $50 per person, with a $100 administration fee due at lease signing for each unit.
