Our journey began in the Mid-town area, where we started as Rothwood Real Estate Management & Investments. After years of experience, our founder, Jayne Ellen Woody, realized that her true passion was in the restoration and management of vintage properties. With a deep breath and conviction of purpose, we took the leap and opened our doors on September 1, 2003, with 100 vintage homes and apartments in our inventory.
