History
In 1974, Edward W. Easton founded The Easton Group in Miami, Florida. His vision was to work harder, think bigger, and build an unshakeable foundation of trust with every new client. His company soon became the leading brokerage, management, and development firm in the region. In 1987, son Edward J. Easton joined the firm, and together they forged enduring strategic relationships with many of our Fortune 500 tenants and some of the largest real estate investors in the market.

The Easton Group has been actively involved in various news and press releases. Recently, we sold a Doral warehouse for $6.895 million and added a Miami-Dade warehouse to our industrial portfolio. We have also arranged new leases and managed various projects in the region.
