Disappointing Experience with Virtual Tour
The reviewer, Kathy B., had a terrible experience with a virtual tour service, which was supposed to be used on her VRBO website. Unfortunately, the tour was of such poor quality that VRBO recommended its removal. Despite being paid, the service provider failed to deliver a decent product and ignored the reviewer's attempts to communicate.
Lack of Communication and Unprofessional Behavior
The reviewer sent multiple text messages and left several voice messages, but the service provider did not bother to return the calls. The situation took a turn for the worse when the reviewer left a message on a weekend, and the provider responded by complaining about the weekend call, showing a lack of appreciation for the customer's time.
