Welcome to BR Commercial Real Estate, a family-run business that has been proudly serving the Bay Area's commercial real estate needs since 1985. Our company was founded by Steve Cohn, a UCLA graduate with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Business Economics, who has been helping local business owners find and grow their businesses in commercial spaces for over thirty years. In 2015, Steve's daughter, Marci Cohn, joined the business after graduating from the University of Miami with a Bachelor's of Arts in Business Management. Marci specializes in leasing, property management, and brokerage, primarily on the Peninsula, San Francisco, and the South Bay. She is passionate about commercial real estate and has a particular interest in retail, restaurant, office, and fitness properties.
