Information Section 8 Rentals

For Section 8 rentals, please note that all members need to provide Social Security Cards and Birth Certificates. If a tenant is receiving SSI or SSDI, they need to provide their Social Security Awards letter with the application. No application fee is required, and all applications should be either given to the site manager or mailed to our office.

Market Rent Properties

Market Rent properties, on the other hand, do require an application fee. If you're interested in one of our market rent properties, please be prepared to submit an application along with the required fee.
