What Does the No-Risk Satisfaction Guarantee Cover?
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee will allow you to cancel your property management agreement with no cancellation penalty. Our guarantee is limited to a waiver of the remaining monthly property management fees due through the term of the property management agreement. It does not include a waiver of any previously earned or incurred fees or charges, including management or leasing fees owed prior to cancellation.
