Management Issues
Many reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the management of the apartment complex. Author K. M. mentioned a huge roach problem and a "joke" of a manager who failed to follow through on promises. Christina also reported poor management, stating that the property manager, Joetta Smith, does not do her job and has failed to address her concerns about rodents, roaches, and mildew. Jessica Phalon also had a poor experience with the manager, who was nice but unresponsive.
Maintenance Issues
Maintenance is another area of concern at the complex. Author Joshua Owens reported being charged an extra month of rent after his lease was up and being told that the system had no way to refund payments. Stephanie Davenport had maintenance requests going unaddressed for two years, including issues with kitchen cabinets and smoke detectors. Donnie Jamison had a similar experience, praising the apartment manager but criticizing the incompetence of the maintenance staff.
