Our Story

Our journey began in the early 1980s when Earle Simpson, after graduating from the University of Vermont, started Simpson Construction as a one-man operation. Over the years, we have evolved to become a comprehensive real estate and construction service provider, including development, construction, sales, facility management, and rental management. Our experience spans across various projects such as residential communities, schools, courthouses, airport terminals, industrial parks, and commercial developments.

Our Development services include creating housing for the Upper Valley, primarily within the context of planned residential communities. Our Real Estate division, Fidelity Real Estate, is a full-service brokerage firm with over 25 years of experience representing Buyers, Sellers, and Renters. Our Construction expertise spans over 40 years, with experience in building and remodeling residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Additionally, we provide Facility Management services, specializing in facility maintenance, retrofits, repairs, and remodels. Our Rent Management services aim to eliminate the stress and time commitment required to own an investment property and maximize the return on your investment. Lastly, we have a dedicated Affordable Housing division, managing numerous affordable housing communities throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.
