Sun Valley REALTORS Give is a non-profit charitable organization, established in 2004, dedicated to improving life in the Wood River Valley. We are committed to making a difference in our community by focusing on three key areas: Veteran Housing, Scholarships, and Holiday Baskets. As a 501(c)(3) IRS code organization, we are proud to have the Wood River Valley's Sun Valley Board of REALTORS share their staff with us, ensuring that more of our donations go directly to our programming.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support and strengthen our local community by providing assistance to those in need, promoting sustainable housing solutions for veterans, investing in the education of our future leaders, and bringing joy to families during the holiday season.

Veteran Housing Assistance

Our veteran housing assistance program provides a range of assistance to promote sustainable housing solutions for Blaine County veterans and their families. We offer support in rent, first-time homebuyer assistance, moving expenses, rental search, adapting homes for disabilities, and major home repairs. With the help of community support, we aim to ensure that the nationwide epidemic of veteran homelessness never impacts our county. All of our efforts stay local, and your donations go directly toward helping veterans in Blaine County.

Scholarships

Sun Valley REALTORS Give proudly supports the education of local high school students who contribute to the community through community service and involvement. Our scholarships, established in the 1980s, provide significant support for their future endeavors. These 4-year renewable scholarships of $1000 per year are awarded to students based on their contributions to the community through community service, work experience, and volunteerism, as well as their future goals and aspirations.

Holiday Baskets

Sun Valley REALTORS Give organizes and supports the Holiday Baskets program, which provides holiday baskets to hundreds of Blaine County families in need. Together with the support of local businesses, donations, volunteers, and the Sun Valley Board of Realtors, we make a difference at this special time of year. Each qualified family is provided with a gift certificate to purchase all the fixings for their holiday meal, and donations also provide children under 18 with gifts of warm clothing, toys, books, and toothbrushes. Your donation is used immediately to help Blaine County families in need.
