Our Lending Services

We offer a variety of mortgage products, including LENDING. PIECE OF CAKE. for Residential, Buy to Let, Refurbishment, Bridging, and Product Transfers. Our What's New section highlights our recent developments, including new residential products like Tier 0 products with lighter adverse credit options, 2 and 5-year fixed rates from 5.19%, and Core residential and DMP products available. Our new buy to let products include up to 80% LTV products with 2 and 5-year fixed rates now from 6.04%, and relaunched Tier 2 and Tier 3 products for landlords with adverse credit profiles.

Product Information

Our Product Information pages offer a breakdown of the features and highlights for each product category. For Residential, our rates start from 5.19% with up to 85% LTV available for customers with adverse credit profiles, CCJs, defaults, mortgage and secured loan arrears, active and satisfied DMPs, and unsecured arrears accepted. Loans range from 25,001 to 1,000,000. Our Residential range is suitable for home movers, remortgages, new build purchases, first-time buyers, and customers with adverse credit history or self-employed customers with only 1 year's accounts. Our Help to Buy and Right to Buy ranges offer additional options for customers.

Our Buy to Let range offers rates from 5.64% with up to 80% LTV for single dwellings, HMOs, and MUFBs, and loans from 40,000 to 3,000,000. Our range is suitable for first-time landlords, experienced landlords, and consumer buy to let. Our Limited Company Landlords range offers similar features and benefits.
