An active community member, he serves on the boards of numerous organizations, including Junior Achievement of Greeneville/Greene County, East Tennessee State University Foundation, and Takoma Hospital Foundation. His commitment to youth development is evidenced by his roles as a board member of regional Junior Achievement and a classroom volunteer at Greeneville High School. His philanthropic endeavors have earned him recognition, including the 2003 National Trustee of the Year Award from the United Methodist Association of Health and Welfare Ministries and the Mountain Empire Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professional's "Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser."

Joining BPI in 2002, Kandice Bewley brings a dynamic presence to the company. As a Developer and Construction Manager for commercial projects, her contributions have been instrumental in shaping the company's real estate portfolio. Her expertise extends to Property Management, overseeing the smooth operation of three office complexes and a 140,000 square foot retail shopping center, ensuring tenant satisfaction and maximizing property value.

Kandice's leadership shines through her involvement in several high-profile development projects, including Towne Crossing, a vibrant mixed-use development in Greeneville.

Her company, DeMille Development, LLC, is poised to embark on the development of The Shoppes at Towne Crossing, a 18,000 square foot shopping center, further adding to her already impressive track record.
