The Garrett County Board of REALTORS is a leading organization in the real estate industry, representing more than 100 real estate professionals and being a part of the National Association of REALTORS and Maryland REALTORS. Since its establishment in 1982, the Board has been dedicated to enhancing its members' ability to conduct business professionally, ethically, and profitably, as well as promoting the image of REALTORS as knowledgeable practitioners essential to the real estate transaction.
Mission and Objectives
Our mission is to foster career advancement, real estate best practices, and enforcement of the Code of Ethics as set forth by the National Association of REALTORS. To achieve this, we focus on the following general objectives:
