Our History

From its humble beginnings in Manhattan, Barhite & Holzinger's services evolved to include traditional residential sales and rentals, commercial brokerage, and the marketing of new residential construction projects. During the 1980s real estate boom, the company further diversified its services to include the marketing of office and professional condominium conversions. In the late 1980s, the company reorganized, abandoning its Manhattan office in favor of a Westchester home base. This strategic move allowed the company to focus on the local market and maintain its headquarters in Bronxville.
