Our History

Our company was founded in the summer of 2003 by Tony Utter, a licensed real estate broker with over 43 years of experience in commercial real estate. Tony is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has received numerous awards for his outstanding sales and leasing accomplishments. He has also served as a past president of the Wichita Area Association of Realtors and has been recognized for his contribution to the commercial real estate industry.

• Tim Utter: Tim is a commercial specialist with over 18 years of experience in the financial industry. He is also a Licensed Insurance Agent and has received training in commercial real estate.
• Carolyn Utter: Carolyn is a marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising. She is responsible for handling financials, marketing, and bookkeeping for both Utter Commercial Real Estate and Utter Commercial Property Management.
