Our Apartments

At Alder Haus Apartments, we offer a range of apartment options to suit your lifestyle. Our two-bedroom units feature two distinct layouts for you to choose from. The newly refinished open floor plan provides 980 square feet of living space with a bath and a half, while our standard floor plan offers the same square footage and layout, but with a slightly different configuration. With ample space and a half-bath, these two-bedroom apartments are perfect for sharing with roommates or for those who need a little extra space.

For those seeking a more compact yet comfortable living arrangement, our one-bedroom units offer 620 square feet of living space with a full bath. Featuring a well-designed layout, these apartments provide everything you need for a comfortable and convenient living experience.

Lastly, for those who require minimal space, our studio units provide 435 square feet of living space with a full bath. These cozy apartments are perfect for individuals who want a low-maintenance space to call home.

Leasing & Move-In

If you're interested in leasing one of our beautiful apartments, we invite you to contact our property manager, Danny Chan, to inquire about current availability. Once you've selected your ideal apartment, you'll be asked to complete a tenant leasing application, which can be submitted online for your convenience.

Additionally, all prospective tenants are required to complete a thorough credit and background check as part of the leasing process. This check includes a review of your credit history, national and county criminal searches, eviction history, sex offender search, and terrorist watch list check. The cost of the credit and background check is approximately $40 plus tax (if applicable) and is paid for by the tenant.

Once your application has been approved and your credit and background check has been completed, you'll be ready to move into your new home at Alder Haus Apartments.
