Our Team

Our team is composed of experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the multifamily apartment investment and management sector. Our Investment Committee, comprising experts with an average tenure of over 10 years with the company, is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and approving our investment opportunities. Meet some of our key team members:

Marshall Boyd, Co-President and Chief Investment Officer, oversees the company's investment activities and is a member of the Investment Committee.

Julia Boyd Corso, Co-President and Chief Operating Officer, sets the strategic direction of the company and leads corporate operations, asset management, and repositioning of all investments.

Leo Chan, Controller, oversees the company's accounting department and corporate financials.

Alex Giacco, Investments Associate, is responsible for identifying and underwriting acquisition prospects and closing efficiently.

Brendan Gibney, Director of Investments, sources, underwrites, and closes acquisitions and dispositions, as well as serving as a member of the Investment Committee.

Lindsay Harris, Director of Human Resources, leads the Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, and employee development.
