Our story began in 1988 when our founder, Mike Reid, started his career in residential real estate. Our History
Mike Reid, the sole owner of Ultimate Properties, has a wealth of experience in residential real estate, having worked in the industry since 1988. In 1994, he and his wife, Vanessa, took the leap and launched their own property management company, which eventually grew to manage over 200 properties. This marked the beginning of Ultimate Properties, a business that would eventually expand to manage over 900 single-family units and expand into residential sales and commercial management and leasing.
