MJM Management Company is an affiliate of The Ferchill Group, which has been developing office, residential, hotel, resort, and retail properties throughout the midwest for over 30 years. MJM Management is responsible for the management of both third-party and company-owned apartment complexes, mainly in Northeast Ohio. With over 30 years of experience, MJM has developed and managed more than 10,000 apartment units in over 45 properties.

Our Services

MJM Management offers a wide range of services including property management under various federal, state, and local government subsidy programs. We manage properties under programs such as HUD Section 8, IRS Section 42 Tax Credits, and Local Public Housing Authorities Tenant-Based Section 8 Vouchers and Certificates. Our focus is on revenue growth, high occupancy, expense control, physical plant improvement, and service and responsiveness to residents and clients.

Properties

We manage two properties, Sheffield Estates and Villa Mercedes. Sheffield Estates offers spacious townhouses and garden suites at economical prices, located minutes away from interstate highways, downtown Cleveland, shopping centers, and restaurants. Villa Mercedes is a senior housing community that offers affordable housing for seniors and mobility impaired individuals. Both properties provide a range of amenities including appliances, balconies, parking, and laundry facilities.

Objective

Our objective is to produce increased net operating income while implementing a strong customer-service based orientation. We customize and personalize our management approach to each assignment based upon strategies agreed upon with the client.
