Our Leadership

Love Properties is led by Robert T. Love, CPM, a seasoned real estate professional with over 50 years of experience in the industry. As the founder and president of Love Properties, Mr. Love has developed and managed 115 income-producing properties and has held numerous leadership positions within the industry, including National President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Chairman of the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

Joining Mr. Love is Mary Love, our Vice President, who brings a background in legal administration and human resources, and Caroline Springer, our Financial Controller and Regional Property Manager, who holds a degree in Marketing and Social Entrepreneurship from Samford University. Together, our leadership team is committed to upholding the core values of Love Properties and providing unparalleled property management services.
