Unsatisfactory Service
Several reviewers had a poor experience with the real estate company, citing unresponsive and unprofessional behavior from the owner and agents. Amanda Lingerfelt and Andrew Irwin praised Beth's exceptional service, professional attitude, and ability to make the buying and selling process smooth and stress-free. Holly Irwin also had a great experience with Beth, appreciating her honesty and integrity as an agent.
Unprofessionalism
Some reviewers, like Patrick WillsCulby, suspected that the company's lack of response was due to their sexual orientation. This raises concerns about potential biases and hostile environments. The company's failure to address these concerns and provide consistent service is unacceptable.
