Welcome to Bellevue Investors Co., a commercial real estate development and investment company that has been serving Northwest Ohio, Southeast Michigan, and the Phoenix, Arizona area for over half a century. Our company started as a small venture between three partners who dabbled in real estate investing part-time while continuing to work as a barber, dentist, and builder. Today, we have grown into a reputable firm that provides a wide range of services, from site location and acquisition to construction, financing, legal, leasing, and ongoing property management. Our team is dedicated to bringing the expertise and support necessary to meet the complex needs of every project.

Our History

Bellevue Investors Co. was founded in 1962 by Sam Helberg, Charles Moulopoulos, and George Kuehnl Jr. The three partners began their real estate ventures in Mr. Helberg's barbershop, where they helped locate a site for a dental building. This initial project led to the development of over 500,000 square feet of office, retail, apartment, and residential projects in Northwest Ohio, including areas such as Toledo, Sylvania, Northwood, and Bowling Green. The firm was responsible for several firsts in the area, including Frank's Nurserys, Aldi Foods, and Domino's Pizza. Today, Bellevue Investors Co. has expanded its portfolio to over 1 million square feet of commercial properties.
