Rental Experience

The majority of the reviews highlight the positive experience of renting a property managed by Tom. Ngoc Nguyen Pearl Nguyen, a satisfied customer, gushed about Tom's exceptional management skills and transparency. They praised Tom's fairness, explicitly stating that he only charged a small amount for carpet cleaning and returned the rest of the security deposit. Additionally, when they needed some paperwork from Tom a year after moving out, he went out of his way to obtain the necessary documents.

Reservations and Criticisms

However, not all reviews are glowing. Natasha Vashist noted that while the apartment manager is great, the area could be safer, and the walls are quite thin. They did commend the reasonable rent and double-gated, locked entry system.

Disappointment and Frustration

On the other hand, Yosuf Khalil experienced a terrible encounter with Tom. He felt disrespected due to his racial background and was shown a worse apartment than promised. He deemed Tom the "worst manager in bay era" and suspected him of fraud.
