Maintenance and Management Issues
The reviewers expressed deep disappointment with the maintenance and management of the apartment complex. One reviewer, a building engineer, experienced issues with their AC unit, which would not turn off, and was met with condescending and rude behavior from the leasing office, particularly Monica. Despite identifying the problem with the relays, the reviewer was not taken seriously, and it took numerous calls and requests to get the issue resolved.
Pest Control Issues
The same reviewer also reported a severe roach infestation in their apartment, despite being a clean person and maintaining their apartment regularly. When they reported the issue to Monica, they were told it was "normal" to see roaches in apartments, and that pest control only sprays the building if they receive multiple calls from residents of the same building. The reviewer had to call pest control every week, but the issue was not resolved, and the pest control person was not doing their job correctly.
Other Issues
Another reviewer reported a major leak in their apartment, which created mold and a massive crack in the foundation. They reached out to the manager, Monica, multiple times, but did not receive a response. They also reported that the make-ready guy walked into their apartment without calling or leaving a note, and even walked in on their sister showering.
Overall Disappointment
Both reviewers expressed deep disappointment with their experience at the apartment complex, citing poor maintenance, management, and customer service. They stated that they would not be returning to the complex and would not recommend it to others.
