Our Projects

We have developed several notable projects, including The One Ten, a mixed-use building with modern office space and cutting-edge apartment homes. We also have Tide Mill Landings North and South, two condominium developments offering a high standard of lifestyle with more greenspace and customization options. Additionally, we have developed Saw Mill Square, a mixed-use project with a condominium and apartment community, and Meadows Professional Office Park, which offers over 100,000 sf of office space. Our latest projects include The Edge Apartments, a comprehensive plan redevelopment for workforce housing, and Wickford Junction Multi-family development, a 150-unit project at a prime location.
