Disappointing Experiences
Multiple reviewers have expressed extreme dissatisfaction with their experiences at Avenue of Inverness Property, managed by Arlington Properties. Horrific Living Conditions have been reported, including mold problems, leaky units, and inefficient trash valet service. Terrible Management has been cited, with managers refusing to address concerns and ignoring issues. One reviewer even reported being chased out of the leasing office by an assistant manager after raising his voice in frustration.
Lack of Respect and Retaliation
Several reviewers have described being disrespected and mistreated by management, including being yelled at, threatened, and having their concerns ignored. In one instance, a reviewer was told to leave the leasing office and was even told that communication could only be done through email. Another reviewer reported being subjected to harassment, including a maintenance worker holding open their door to allow police to inspect their apartment without a warrant.

The management company has been accused of poor communication, including failing to inform tenants of scheduled maintenance work and ignoring reports of termite infestations. One reviewer reported being asked to accept a lease violation after being threatened with eviction, and another reported having their concerns about loud construction work dismissed.
