Security Concerns
Several reviewers have expressed concerns about the security at Hignell's apartments. Jessica W. mentioned that despite claims of having security, her $400 bike was stolen and her car window was smashed and broken into. The apartment complex's response was unsatisfactory, and Jessica does not feel safe in the community.
Difficulty in the Rental Process
Jo N. had a terrible experience with Hignell, stating that they took over a month to respond to her application and lied to her about the eligibility criteria. Nicholas L. also experienced difficulties in the rental process, citing long response times and unhelpful staff. Krystle M. struggled to get repairs done and was charged for damages she felt were not her responsibility.
