Our Story

Cole Oraham, our lead real estate agent, has been in the real estate industry since January of 2013. He started his career in property management, where he gained valuable insights into investment real estate. In 2015, he obtained his Real Estate Sales license in the state of South Carolina. His goal has always been to educate the public and help his clients achieve their real estate related goals. In 2019, Cole took his career to the next level by earning his Broker's License in the state of South Carolina.
